The Full Length Version

Spencer Chambers grew up learning about the real estate business. His parents operated several construction companies through which they built and sold condos, townhomes, multi-million-dollar houses, and a variety of other projects.

When Spencer was just seventeen years old, he began working as an owner’s representative for his parents’ business to help them sell properties after the housing market collapsed. By striking up deals with popular car dealerships to park high-end cars in the driveways of homes on the market, Spencer was able to help his parents sell those properties, and his efforts even attracted news coverage.

Spencer received his first official real estate license as an employee of Royale Vacation Rentals, a startup real estate company. The training he gained from this job, combined with his experience with his parents’ company, allowed him to become a true real estate mogul, with knowledge of the whole process, from construction to sale.

Looking for a new challenge, Spencer moved into the fashion industry. He created a men’s underwear line, Jewls for your Junk, the only underwear with real diamonds in the waistband. While traveling all over the world for his own company, Spencer seized the opportunity to become the CEO for the U.S. division of Nexy, a $20 million fashion company.

Though working in fashion was an exciting challenge, it was not as cost effective or profitable as Spencer wanted for his life. So he moved back into real estate, working for a real estate owner in Newport Beach. In only 18 months, Spencer helped the company boost non-vacancy numbers to nearly 100 percent, and the residential-income portfolio he oversaw grew from $60 million to over $100 million.

His success in this endeavor led Spencer to start his own real estate brokerage and modernize an analog construction company to leverage technology. This company now builds various projects remotely in four major U.S. markets.

Today, Spencer runs The Chambers Organization, made up of three divisions: construction management, property sales brokerage, and a financial education program. The financial education program involves speaking, consulting, and books. His book, Dating Your Investments, can be purchased on Amazon. Spencer is uniquely qualified to speak, consult, write, and educate about real estate and investment, given his extensive, lifelong experience in the field.
